TO YOUR SCHOOL OR ORGANIZATION
"I AM (more than) SOCIAL MEDIA" is a school-based media program that transforms students into mindful storytellers, digital leaders, and creative change-makers. Through hands-on content creation, media literacy, and mindfulness practices, youth develop real-world skills while rebranding school culture from the inside out. This grant will help expand the program and connect students with college and career pathways in media, storytelling, and the creator economy.

MINDFULNESS
INTERGRATION
At Pause 4 Peace, mindfulness isn’t a module—it’s the method. Students are guided to pause, reflect, and create from a grounded sense of purpose. Our P.A.U.S.E. framework is embedded into each lesson, promoting self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation as students create.

This program serves as a high school-to-career pathway, blending curriculum, mentorship, and hands-on media production to:
